What is pi?

Pi is “the symbol for the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter.”

Pi Day Facts

The symbol was first used by William Jones in 1706.

On March 12th, 2009, National Pi Day was made official in Congress.

It is common to eat pie on Pi Day.

    Oh yeah, Happy Pi Day!

    I really like your blog name; it’s kind of catchy. You’re welcome, I was glad to share the story with you.

    It is actually too hot right now! My spring break is coming up and I am excited. You are so lucky, a cruise to the eastern Caribbean! I don’t really know where I’m going; our family has nothing planned out, but I’m pretty sure it won’t be better than what you’re doing!

    Dang that’s alot of numbers.I just use 3.14 in school,do you ue that whole set of numbers?Probably not since its such a big number.Well great blog and I like your name its catchy.
